Cocoa Cabana Chocolatiers is an award winning boutique chocolaterie. It is the brainchild of Sarah Gallacher, who trained at the world renowned Slattery’s Patissier and Chocolatiers and now hand makes her own chocolate masterpieces. Within it’s first 12 months of opening Cocoa Cabana has already won numerous awards and top accolades such as the Guild of Fine Foods Taste of Gold Award 2013 and 2014, as well as being invited to write a monthly chocolate column for the South Manchester Reporter. Sounds pretty good, huh?!
